Receipt & Acknowledgement:
Complaints are accepted through our dedicated email channel and/or sales interface and are acknowledged promptly.
Registration
Each complaint is logged, assigned a reference number, and tracked in our internal system.
Investigation & Review
Relevant departments conduct a thorough investigation, supported by a root cause analysis.
Committee Oversight
A designated Customer Complaints Committee reviews findings and approves corrective and preventive actions.
Communication & Closure
The customer is informed of the resolution, and the complaint is formally closed with documented outcomes.
