As part of its efforts to promote the safety culture across the Company, Emirates Steel hosted Mr. John Volanthen, a global diver who played a pivotal role in rescuing 13 children from the Tham Luang Cave in Thailand in 2018. Mr. Volanthen spoke about the essential requirements of risk and crisis management which include the necessary training, problem-solving skills and trust in the crisis team.
