The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity is calling for the world to unite in a day of prayer, fasting and good deeds on Thursday 14th May.

The Pray for Humanity initiative is part of the Committee’s efforts to realise the objectives of the Document of Human Fraternity.
The document was signed in Abu Dhabi in February 2019 by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar as a way of collaborating and creating a dialogue between faiths.

. وجهت اللجنة العليا للأخوة الإنسانية دعوة لجموع الناس حول العالم، للصلاة والصيام والدعاء من أجل الإنسانية يوم الخميس 14 مايو الجاري، تضمنت دعوة القادة والزعماء ورجال الدين من مختلف الأديان من أجل الصلاة معاً وخلاص الإنسانية من جائحة كورونا التي اجتاحت العالم. تعد مبادرة "الصلاة من أجل الإنسانية" التي أطلقتها اللجنة جزءاً من الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق أهداف وثيقة الأخوة، المبرمة في فبراير 2019 بين شيخ الأزهر الشريف وقداسة البابا فرنسيس في العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي، للتقارب وتحقيق السلام وخلق حوار بين جميع البشر باختلاف أديانهم. .
